Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an energetic customer service  representative for our fast growing wholesale buisness. Located in City of Industry.

Ideal Candidate must

-Minimum 2 years customer service in the shoe industry. Major account experience is preferred.

-Need to be computer literate with Outlook, Word and Excel experience. OMS computer experience is a plus!

-The ability to take and process orders from customers and reps, prepare shipping  documents and labels via UPS, trucking and EDI

-Answer phones, filing, general office skills and have great organization skills.

-must be able to communicate clearly and fluently in English. Spanish is a plus.

-Need to be dependable and punctual.

Independent Sales Reps

We currently have several sales territories available throughout the U.S. We are seeking independent sales reps that are motivated and have prior sales experience in the shoe or garment industry.

IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST

-have established contacts with major and key independents within their territory

-have an outgoing personality and enthusiastic sales attitude

-be well organized and computer literate

A non-conflicting sideline is not a problem.

International Distributor

We currently have had the distributor in Canada,Australia,Panama,Serbia and Greece,and are looking for world-wide or international distributors in other countries or regions.
